Refund and Returns Policy

RTO Return– If you return the product from the courier company, we will re-dispatch it to you

Refund Policy – If you want to cancel your order, you need to mail it within one hour otherwise the
money will not be refunded, if the product is processed, we will ship the product.

The refund will be credited to your account within two working days

Replacement Policy – If you have received the wrong product or a damaged product, we will ship the
product back to you with a non-refundable return to the manufacturer within 7 to 15 days.

For fast order processing, please place a prepaid order.

COD orders are only shipped after verifications.

The customer is only responsible for any custom duty charged in case of international orders.

Since it’s a personalized product we don’t offer returns.

In case of size misfit or incorrect product received, you will receive a free replacement.

Replacements are only given If the Polish fades or the product breaks within the warranty period.
